We had some leftover Tubettini, old cucumbers, and half an old onion. For some reason we were out of pickles, but we did have some old olives.
Salad
2 cups leftover pasta
1 mini cucumber
½ an onion
8-10 kalamata olives
Dressing
1 spoon dijon mustard
2 spoons mayonnaise
2 spoons lemon juice
2-4 spoons olive oil
1 dash hot sauce
1 spoon garlic powder
½ -1 spoon paprika
Instructions
Finely chop the cucumber, onion, and olives
Combine dressing ingredients
Stir dressing vigorously
Salt and pepper to taste
